Here we are preparing for the Tribeca food festival which took place on July. We made Arepas with one choice of different toppings- steak, fish with Creole Coconut sauce, chicken, and Portobello for the vegetarians. Every Arepa comes with arugula sprinkled with truffle oil and then topped with classic Colombian cheese, either Queso Hebra or Queso Fresco. For drinks we had refreshing Agua de Panela with lime and ginger, Everybody loved it and we were happy to have received so many comments and compliments saying that people thought it was such a different, unique and healthy new summer food for New York!
