menu of the Week

Today we did our "latin" Catering for DIANE VON FURSTENBERG's fashion show... we had 60 happy guests on the table...

Grilled salmon with shallots, black pepper and and honey :: “sabor costeño” grilled beef :: heavy cream, queso de hebra gratinne and garnished with a tomato, onion and bell pepper sautee :: baked potatoes sprinkled with cracked black pepper and achote :: ginger/ coconout rice :: Peruvian style Ceviche with slices of green south American mango [and for dessert] "Cocadas”Caribbean coconut ginger sugar cane sweet.
