Free range Chicken stewed with onion, tomatoes, carrot, green bean & grind black pepper, served over “Cartagena’s” style corn rice and fresh avocado+ Ice tea, a little TAMARIND balls for desert.

Broiled flank steak rubbed with tomato, onion and bell pepper over white rice.
Served with sprinkled baked potatoes garnished with achote, cream mozzarella gratinee, tomato, and onion and bell pepper sauté, aguapanela to drink and sweet guava for desert.

Go Veg! Our delish lentils with herbs mill, served with cilantro, mint rice, mixed salad and Viviana’s special Plantain mini balls
+ Aguapanela to drink, guava and milk caramelo rolls for desert.
